We are a growing online psychology-based education institute offering courses in psychology, mental well-being, life skills, and professional development. We are looking for a TeleSales Executive who can confidently engage with students and parents, explain our programs, and convert leads into enrollments with empathy and professionalism.
Call prospective students and parents who have shown interest in our online psychology programs.
Explain course details, benefits, duration, certification, and fee structure clearly.
Understand student needs and guide them toward suitable psychology-based courses.
Follow up on inquiries, counseling sessions, and pending admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with academic counselors and support teams when required.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and ethical approach while communicating.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Degree.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to counsel, persuade, and build trust over phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets).
Experience in education sales, telecalling, or counseling is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in psychology may apply.
