Role & responsibilities :- Key Roles of a Telecaller: Customer Interaction : Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Sales and Lead Generation : Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Convince potential customers to purchase products or services. Record details of sales or inquiries. Customer Support : Resolve customer complaints or issues quickly and efficiently. Provide product or service information accurately. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Data Management : Maintain and update customer databases with information about interactions and sales. Record call outcomes, feedback, and other relevant information. Follow-up and Relationship Management : Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams. Share feedback from customers to help improve services or strategies.
