Tele sales Executive Real Estate

As a Sales Executive in our real estate company, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting lead calling and follow-up activities with prospective clients from our database or marketing campaigns. - Regularly following up with leads to convert their interest into site visits or bookings. - Addressing customer queries related to property details, legal documentation, and investment value. - Convincing clients to schedule site visits with our sales team and coordinating with on-ground sales executives for visit arrangements. - Ensuring accurate maintenance of lead details and call records in our CRM software, and updating lead status accordingly. - Meeting or exceeding monthly call and conversion targets to achieve sales targets. - Supporting deal closure by providing clients with necessary information and ensuring their interest. - Supporting marketing campaigns through follow-up calls and sharing feedback from prospects with the marketing team. - Staying informed about real estate market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and offers to engage better with potential buyers. - Building trust and maintaining long-term relations with clients through post-sale communication and referral generation.
