Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Pitch relevant insurance products (health, life, motor, etc.) based on customer needs.
Educate customers on policy benefits, features, terms, and pricing.
Generate interest and convert inquiries into sales through persuasive communication.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims) to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.
Stay updated with insurance industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
