Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or frameworks.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and pitching our frameworks / solutions.
  • Execute cold-calling strategies to convert new prospects into qualified leads.
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and budget to qualify leads effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about the company's offerings, clearly articulating the value proposition specific to the target market
  • Conduct basic market research and surveys via telephone to gather competitive intelligence, market trends, and feedback on services/products relevant to the US and European healthcare landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on the effectiveness of calling scripts, campaigns, and lead quality.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years minimum) in an outbound telecalling, telesales, or lead generation role, preferably targeting international markets (US and/or Europe).
  • Experience in the Healthcare, industry is strongly preferred.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional Verbal Communication: Clear, neutral, and persuasive English speaking ability with a strong telephone presence is crucial for engaging US and European professionals.
  • Active Listening: Ability to listen intently, understand client needs, and respond appropriately rather than just reading a script.
  • Strong CRM Proficiency: Experienced user of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) for logging activities and managing pipelines.

3. Industry-Specific Skills:

  • Understanding of Healthcare Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical, clinical, or insurance terms is highly advantageous.
  • Time Zone Management:

    Ability to work flexible hours to align with the US (EST/PST) and various European (GMT/CET) business hours as required.

Preferred but not mandatory

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Previous experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) outbound calling environment.
