Tele-Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling & email campaigns
• Pitch basic features and benefits of the ERP product
• Schedule demos for the Product Specialist team
• Update and manage lead data in CRM
• Daily Follow ups.
• Meet weekly/monthly lead qualification targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree (mandatory)
• 1-2 years experience in lead generation or inside sales (preferably IT/software industry)
• Excellent verbal communication in

  Telugu, Hindi, and English

• Self-motivated with good persuasion skills
• Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office
