Our Client:

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Insurance & Loan Products)

Experience: 1 - 3 Years (with telesales of any financial products)

Education: Any Graduate

Locations: Gurgaon

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance and loan products.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products and industry offerings.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in compliance with company standards.
Adhere to regulatory and company compliance policies throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial products.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Customer-centric approach with ability to handle objections effectively.
Target-driven mindset with proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
