Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Experience Required: 0–1 Year

Location: Mohali

Industry: Pharmaceutical /Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/MIS.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
  • Confidence in speaking and convincing customers over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Fresher or up to 1 year experience in telecalling/tele sales/customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
