Primary Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about various Insurance Products and Achieving the monthly targets
  • Ensure diversification of portfolio into health products for the location they are managing.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Coordinate with team to ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set.
  • Manage individual targets for agent recruitment, activation, and premium if any.

Educational qualifications preferred: 12th / Graduation / Masters (added advantage)

Required Skills:

  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation with good sales ability
  • Proven experience as a Telesales representative or other sales
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

  • 6 days working, rotational week offs
