Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Counselor located in Mohali district. The Tele Sales Counselor will handle day-to-day telephonic interactions with potential candidates to guide them about our training programs and opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining organized records of interactions and transactions.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district
• Experience in tele sales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
