Job Description

As a Tele Sales Associate at our leading aviation training company, your primary responsibility will be to connect aspiring students with life-changing career opportunities through outbound tele sales. This full-time, office-based role is based in Gurgaon. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound tele sales, with a preference for individuals with experience in insurance sales. Additionally, a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required, along with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Your main duties will include making outbound calls to students to provide them with information about our company courses. You will also be responsible for encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions. Following up regularly with students to track their visit status and interest will also be a key part of your role.
