Tele Sales Advisor

As a Tele Sales Advisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance on debt management and financial planning to individuals through outbound and inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting calls with empathy and providing informative counseling to clients, understanding their financial situations and goals. - Educating clients on debt management strategies, budgeting techniques, and financial goal setting for long-term stability. - Collaborating with clients to create comprehensive financial plans focusing on debt reduction, savings goals, and wealth-building strategies. - Recommending debt consolidation, restructuring, or settlement options tailored to clients" needs and guiding them through the process. - Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To qualify for this role, you should have: - Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree. - Good English and Communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam languages is preferred. - Preferred knowledge of Credit cards, Loans, and insurance industries.
