We&aposre looking for a Corporate Trainer who can lead training initiatives across multiple teams including Sales, Lead Verification, Customer Care, and Paralegals. This role involves not just product training but also soft skills coaching, driving both individual growth and business excellence.

What Youll Do: ???? Deliver onboarding and refresher training

???? Train on DMP, debt settlement, recovery processes, and legal basics

???? Coach on soft skills empathy, assertiveness, call handling

???? Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs

???? Use modern training tools to track progress and effectiveness

What Were Looking For: ? 4+ years in corporate training (, Call Centre , BFSI, collections, or service industry preferred)

? Strong in communication English, Hindi, and regional languages a plus

? Comfortable with digital training tools (PPTs, LMS, CRM , Dialer ,role plays)

? Passionate about people development and structured learning
