Key Responsibilities Distributor Engagement & AUM Growth Manage a portfolio of active MFDs and drive mutual fund sales through them. Regularly engage with MFDs via calls and digital platforms to review business performance and provide portfolio support. Work with MFDs to set and achieve monthly AUM targets. Ensure consistent activation and productivity across assigned distributors. Onboarding & Training Assist in end-to-end onboarding of new MFDs KYC checks, registration, platform walkthrough. Educate and train MFDs on InsuranceDekhos mutual fund platform, tools, and client engagement processes. Drive certification compliance (NISM VA) for MFDs wherever needed. Client Advisory Enablement Support MFDs with market insights, portfolio suggestions, and recommended funds (as per company research). Ensure MFDs are equipped to guide their clients effectively without offering direct client advice. Collaborate with product and research teams to distribute marketing and advisory content to MFDs. Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Strong understanding of mutual fund products, AUM metrics, and distributor incentive models. Goal-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong relationship-building mindset with a customer-first approach. Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital engagement tools
