TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVE(TRAINING)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mainly deal with Students/TPOs of colleges via telephone/email/chat
• Respond promptly to Training inquiries of students
• Calling concerned colleges or TPOs for initiating the Training process and other work
• Searching online for Colleges and updating the database
• Enter & update data of Industrial Training students on Portal and sheets
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
• provide training material to the students when required
• Maintain a register of attendance of students
• Any other work as assigned by the management in this regard

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in the English Language
• Good coordination skills
• Should be confident in the approach
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualification

The candidate should have minimum following Qualification:

• Graduate from a recognized university
