Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller (female candidates preferred) with good communication skills in Hindi and English. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns politely.
Maintain and update customer databases/records.
Schedule appointments and assist the sales team with lead generation.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Telecalling/telemarketing experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
Female candidates preferred.
