As a telemarketing executive for a leading optical showroom in Ernakulam, you will be responsible for promoting premium eyewear products and services over phone calls. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote premium optical products and services.
• Build rapport with customers, understand eyewear needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Provide product details, including frames, lenses, contact lenses, and exclusive offers.
• Answer inquiries and resolve customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments for eye checks and showroom visits.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the showroom’s CRM system..
• Collaborate with the sales team for effective follow-ups on qualified leads.
• Achieve or exceed sales and appointment targets.
• Stay updated on the latest eyewear products, offers, and industry trends for effective customer engagement.
• Address complaints professionally to secure the showroom’s reputation and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree an advantage.expertia+1
• 0.5 -2 years’ experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam, English, and/or Hindi.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or call center software preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
