Tele Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers from the provided data and promoting our services in our Raipur office. Your primary goal will be to connect with customers over the phone, explain our product/service clearly in Hindi (or local dialect), and convince them to try or purchase our service. It is essential to maintain daily call records, update follow-up details, meet calling and conversion targets set by the manager, and resolve customer queries politely and professionally. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate with excellent communication skills in Hindi (local dialect is a plus). Basic computer knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is required. Being a good listener with a persuasive personality is crucial. While prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory.
