Job Description

Telemarketing Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases.

Promote and explain various banking and loan products clearly and confidently.

Assess customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and follow up on leads.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth loan processing.

Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is an advantage.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

High school diploma required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
