Telemarketing Executive Rainfield Technologies (Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Joiner Preferred) Location: Bangalore (Office-based role, 6 days/week) About Rainfield Technologies: Rainfield Technologies is a project-based company specializing in water management systems including irrigation, rainwater harvesting, swimming pools, and water bodies . As we scale, were also expanding into landscaping solutions . Our work lies at the intersection of civil execution and water infrastructure, and we’re now building a proactive inside sales team to manage and convert inbound trading leads. Role Summary: We’re hiring a full-time Telemarketing Executive to handle inbound trading leads from platforms like Indiamart . You’ll be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, maintaining lead pipelines, and supporting quote generation. This role is ideal for a junior candidate or fresher looking to grow in the B2B sales domain. Top Priority Fit – What We Value Most: Strong spoken communication skills in English and Kannada Confident handling B2B telecalling and follow-ups Comfortable managing call logs, lead sheets , and status tracking Willingness to learn product details and pricing to engage with leads meaningfully If you’re energetic, clear-spoken, and eager to grow in sales, this is a great entry point. Your Responsibilities: 1. Lead Handling & Follow-Ups Call and manage 25+ new Indiamart + outbound leads/day Maintain daily and weekly logs of calls, statuses, and next steps Follow up with older or inactive leads to rekindle interest Clearly understand lead requirements and flag qualified opportunities to the team 2. Quote Coordination & Product Familiarity Understand basic pricing logic and assist in preparing quotes Share product/service overviews and introduce Rainfield’s value proposition Coordinate with the technical team to align quote timelines and responses 3. Pipeline Maintenance & Reporting Keep an up-to-date lead tracking sheet or CRM Report weekly to the General Manager with a summary of progress and challenges Share feedback from leads to help improve communication or product positioning Training & Growth You will be trained directly by the General Manager in Bangalore on communication, process, and product As you grow confident, you may also be trained in technical understanding and promoted to project marketing roles Top performers may be invited for advanced training at our Mumbai or Nashik offices You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Have 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or telemarketing Are an effective communicator in English and Kannada Are confident speaking to new people every day and handling objections Enjoy structured work and have a strong follow-up ethic Want to grow in the water infrastructure or project sales space over time Role Logistics Role Type: Full-time Work Location: Bangalore (on-site role only) Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 (Based on experience and communication skills) Benefits include: Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance (ESI) Paid Leaves Petrol Reimbursement (for occasional field tasks, if applicable)
