Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to connect with schools, preschools, and parents, introduce them to Mumtree’s play solutions, and generate qualified leads. You will be the first point of voice contact for many of our customers and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools, preschools, and prospective parents to introduce Mumtree’s products and services.
• Explain offerings such as PlayLabs, jungle gyms, climbing equipment, and custom play areas in a clear, engaging manner.
• Maintain and update the CRM with call details, follow-ups, and customer responses.
• Schedule appointments for product demos or school visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries.
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Collect feedback and insights from prospects to improve sales approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
