Job Description

Job Title: Telemarketing Executive Location: Mumbai Experience: 1 to 2 Years Industry Background: Insurance or Banking Domain Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote insurance/banking products and services. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial products accordingly. Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with potential customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Key Requirements: Experience: 1 to 2 years of telemarketing or telesales experience in the Insurance or Banking domain is mandatory . Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local languages. Good understanding of financial products such as insurance policies, loans, credit cards, etc. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
