Tele Marketing Executive

Telemarketing Academic CounsellorJob Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telemarketing Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining academic programs, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases/leads.
• Counsel students on academic programs (Interior Design, Fashion Design, etc.) and career opportunities.
• Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and benefits clearly.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, counseling sessions, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or academic counseling (preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + regional languages like Tamil/Hindi preferred).
• Ability to handle objections and close admissions confidently.
• Good telephone etiquette, patience, and a student-friendly attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Work Details:

• Location: Chennai
• Work Type: Full-time (Office-based)
• Salary: Competitive + Incentives based on admissions achieved
• Timings:10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days/week)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
