We are looking for a Telecaller who can confidently connect with potential clients, maintain consistent follow-ups, and manage data effectively using advanced Excel.
The role requires excellent communication skills combined with the ability to organize and analyse call records,reports, and follow-up schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound queries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Update and manage call logs, lead data, and follow-up trackers in Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure timely closure of leads.
Meet call and conversion targets consistently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
