We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in marketing and sales. The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on call metrics and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
