Job Description

Excellent care is a growing business in Health care staffing soultions. We are looking for a dedicated and confident female telemarketing executive to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
Maintain a record of calls and update CRM with relevant data.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.
Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with leads.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of work experience of any
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain services clearly.
Basic computer skills and experience using call software or CRM systems.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
