Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers by making cold calls and follow-up calls to generate leads and close sales.
  • Understand the features and benefits of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and increase loyalty.
  • Provide accurate information and product details to customers and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Keep detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively persuade customers.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • High level of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Prefered Bachelor's degree or Experience in related field.
