Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers by making cold calls and follow-up calls to generate leads and close sales.
Understand the features and benefits of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and increase loyalty.
Provide accurate information and product details to customers and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
Keep detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Requirements

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and effectively persuade customers.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
High level of professionalism and work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Prefered Bachelor's degree or Experience in related field.
