Tele Executive

Divyaveda Pharmacy is a fast-growing Ayurvedic manufacturing company offering 300+ high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products. We work in both B2C and B2B markets, serving customers across India and internationally.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller who can handle inbound & outbound calls, explain product details, generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate must have good communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, distributors, and leads.
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding products, orders, pricing, or queries.
• Explain Ayurvedic product details, benefits, usage, and offers.
• Convert leads into sales orders and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer details in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with customers for pending inquiries, repeat orders, and feedback.
• Coordinate with dispatch & sales teams for order processing.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Strong communication in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
• Good convincing & negotiation skills.
• Confident voice, positive attitude, and customer-friendly behaviour.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to work with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.
• Target-oriented and motivated personality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th / Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Care / Sales.
• Experience in Ayurveda / Pharma / Wellness industry is an added advantage.
