Job Description:
We are hiring Tele Executives to promote Bharti Life Insurance products over the phone. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and generating leads or closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Call potential and existing customers to inform them about insurance products
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
· Maintain call logs and follow up on leads
· Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries
Requirements:
· Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
· Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus)
· Basic computer knowledge
· Tele calling or customer service experience preferred
