We are hiring a driven and enthusiastic Client Acquisition Executive/Manager to join our on-site investment services team. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, and expanding our investment portfolio. You must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with a diverse client base in regional and urban markets. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, reach out to, and convert potential clients for mutual funds, SIPs, and other investment solutions. Understand client needs and financial goals to provide personalized investment advice. Conduct in-person meetings, consultations, and presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless onboarding. Participate in on-ground marketing activities, investor awareness programs, and local events. Maintain accurate client records and lead status using CRM tools. Stay informed about market developments, SEBI guidelines, and financial trends. 👤 Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration. Preferred: NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund) certification / AMFI registration / CFP. Experience: 1–2 years in client acquisition, financial advisory, investment sales, or banking. Language Proficiency (Mandatory): English Hindi Telugu Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong understanding of investment products Confidence in conducting face-to-face client meetings Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
