Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving daily/weekly call targets. The goal is to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide information to customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services. Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and resolve issues effectively. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly. Achieve assigned daily and monthly call targets. Follow communication scripts, policies, and guidelines. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team. Requirements: 10th / 12th / Graduate (Any discipline) Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and confidence in communication. Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus.
