Position: Tele Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries professionally.
• Explain company services clearly and convincingly to clients.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead trackers, and follow-up details.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Understand client needs and guide them towards appropriate services.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in Hindi, English, Kannada (additional languages preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female
• Age: 20–40 Years
• Education: Graduation (any stream)
• Experience: 1–3 years as Telecaller / Tele Executive / Customer Support
