Position: Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain available courses and institutes.
• Guide students and parents through the complete admission process.
• Assist students in filling out application forms, registration forms, and documentation requirements.
• Verify student details and ensure accuracy of submitted documents.
• Maintain proper follow-up until admission confirmation.
• Coordinate with colleges/universities for seat availability, admission updates, and guidelines.
• Counsel students on course suitability based on interests, academic background, and career goals.
• Maintain daily reports, student records, and lead tracking systems.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through professional counselling.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Kannada (additional languages preferred).
• Good counselling, coordination, and form-handling ability.
• Strong follow-up and student relationship management skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email, CRM tools).

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female
• Age: 20–35 Years
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Experience: 1–2 years in Admissions / Counselling / Telecalling

Work Location - Bangalore – Karnataka

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
