Key Responsibilities: Student Calling & Engagement – Contact students who have completed 12th or higher and show interest in higher studies. Counselling & Guidance – Understand students’ career goals, interests, and suggest suitable courses. Information Sharing – Provide accurate details about available courses, admission process, eligibility, and career prospects. Database Management – Maintain records of students contacted, responses, and follow-ups. Follow-up & Conversion – Regularly follow up with interested students/parents to guide them until admission. Communication Skills – Build trust and rapport with students and parents through effective communication in English & Hindi. Future Perspective: With experience, a Tele-Counsellor can grow into Senior Counsellor, Admission Officer, Career Advisor, or Branch Coordinator. The role helps in building strong communication, marketing, and counselling skills. Opportunities for incentives and performance-based growth are high, as better counselling leads to more admissions.
