Job Title: Tele Counsellor
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to guide prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about our training package. The Counsellor will be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding financial planning training program.
Making sales calls and pitches to new and existing clients.
Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and procedures.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain clients records and track the admission process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, with a background in tele-sales, inside sales, or as a tele-caller.
Clear communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Familiarity with effective objection handling.Knowledgeable about our financial planning program.
