SmartCoin is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Voice Process team in Marathahalli. As a Telecollection Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to remind them about their pending payments and assist in the collection process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound collection calls to customers.
Inquire if the customer has made the payment for their due amount.
Convince and guide customers to complete their pending payments.
Maintain a record of calls and update the system with accurate information.
Follow-up consistently with customers who have not responded or paid.
Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Meet daily and monthly targets for collections.
