Points that must be communicated to candidates (for Collections and Support ):

1. It's an Internship opportunity. After 3 months, they will become eligible for FTE conversion based on their performance and as per conversion cycle of the org (1st Jan, 1st April, 1st July, 1st Oct).  As an intern, there won't be PF and Tax deductions.

Role - Whats expected of you:
Monitor accounts: Regularly check accounts for payments Contact customers: Reach out to customers to discuss their debts and payment options Negotiate payment plans: Create and propose payment plans for customers who are behind on payments Process payments: Accept payments and refunds from customers Resolve issues: Help customers with billing and credit problems Develop strategies: Create plans to collect debts and improve cash flow Prepare reports: Create reports on collection activities and progress Maintain records: Keep accurate records of collection activities Follow legal processes

Note first 45 days training will be given in the office, later work from home will be given
