We are hiring a professional Telecaller to manage inquiries and follow-ups related to machinery sales and service. The candidate must have good communication skills in English and a basic understanding of industrial or construction machinery. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients inquiring about machinery. Handle incoming inquiries and explain machinery specifications and pricing. Communicate clearly in English with customers, vendors, and field staff. Share brochures, quotations, and product information via email/WhatsApp. Coordinate with the sales team for demo scheduling and client follow-up. Maintain call logs and update customer database (CRM). Follow up on leads and maintain professional client relationships. Requirements: Good English communication is mandatory. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (machinery or industrial sales preferred). Basic knowledge of machinery/industrial equipment is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and WhatsApp communication. Confident, polite, and proactive approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
