Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Edappally, Ernakulam Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and generating leads or sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people to understand their needs, we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity. Maintain customer database and update call records accurately. Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses. Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team leader or manager. Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful sales or appointments. Maintain a polite and positive attitude on calls. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred. Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam]. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
