· Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduation preferred
· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or Relationship Officer roles, preferably in an NBFC or Microfinance Institution (MFI)
· Language Skills: Proficiency in regional language.
· Good communicationskills
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
· Familiarity with financial products like MF loans, group lending, and personal loans is an added advantage
· Experience with collections, loan recovery, or field coordination is a plus
