Job Title: Telecaller – Car Loan Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Car Loan Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining loan offers, and assisting them throughout the car loan process — from initial inquiry to final disbursal. This role requires excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-first attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote car loan products and explain loan benefits, eligibility, and documentation.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to loan application, EMI, or interest rates.
  • Generate leads through telephonic interaction, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful applications.
  • Verify customer details and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with banks and finance partners for loan approval and processing updates.
  • Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with customers and provide professional after-sales support.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
  • Update customers on new car loan schemes, special offers, and interest rate reductions.
  • Handle customer objections or complaints politely and effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales and field team to ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience.
  • Contribute ideas to improve calling strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data at all times.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication (Tamil & English)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good listening and customer handling ability
  • Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
  • CRM or lead management experience preferred
  • Time management and target-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Banking, Finance, or Loan Sales will be given preference.

Experience:

  • Freshers can apply (training provided)
  • 1–3 years experience in car loans, personal loans, or tele sales preferred

Job Type:

  • Full-time (Office-based)
  • Salary: Starting ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Performance & Experience)
