Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. As a fresher, you will get hands-on experience working across various digital channels and campaigns. You will support the execution of digital marketing strategies and assist in improving brand presence, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities✅ Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO)
• Support off-page SEO activities such as link building and outreach
• Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor rankings

✅ Social Media Marketing (SMM):

• Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content
• Monitor performance metrics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Respond to user comments and messages under supervision
• Stay updated with social media trends

✅ Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Ads (Optional at Entry-Level):

• Learn and assist in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Monitor campaign performance and generate basic reports

✅ Content Marketing:

• Write blog posts, product descriptions, newsletters, and social media captions
• Proofread content to ensure grammar and brand tone consistency
• Research trending topics and assist in content planning

✅ Email Marketing:

• Design and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or SendinBlue
• Manage subscriber lists and track open/click-through rates
• Create templates under guidance

✅ Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

✅ Website Support (Basic):

• Coordinate with developers for minor content updates
• Monitor website traffic, bounce rates, and performance issues
• Use CMS platforms like WordPress for posting content.
