Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Fresher) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, resolve queries, or collect feedback. This is a great opportunity for freshers to begin their career in customer service, marketing, or sales with full training and guidance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
• Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about products or services to clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services.
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups as required.
• Record customer information accurately in CRM software or call logs.
• Follow communication scripts and call flow processes.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle queries confidently.
• Handle customer objections or complaints calmly and effectively.
• Work with team leaders and managers to achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with customers.

Educational Qualifications:

• Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
• No prior experience required – Freshers are welcome.
