Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Royale Concorde International School, Chamarajpet Campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective parents, providing information about our admission process, and assisting in generating inquiries for the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on inquiries.
Provide accurate information about the school’s programs, admission process, and facilities.
Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule campus visits.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or admissions is desirable but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and ability to handle queries confidently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
