Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Caller Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and following up with potential clients to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
• Explain the company's services/products and generate interest
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with potential clients
• Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a tele calling or customer-facing role (real estate/marketing/sales preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi]
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
