As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product details, generating leads, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome — proper training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide accurate information about furniture products and offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up regularly.
• Maintain call records, leads, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
