Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for confirming orders, appointments, bookings, or
registrations.
- Verify customer details such as name, address, contact information, product/service, and
delivery or appointment time.
- Record responses accurately in the system or CRM tool.
- Provide information or guidance related to the order/service if required.
- Report discrepancies or unconfirmed calls to the supervisor.
- Follow company communication protocols and maintain professionalism.
