Job Description

A Tele calling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls or attending inbound calls to inform customers about products/services, resolve queries, generate sales leads, or maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with new information.
  • Follow communication scripts, company policies, and guidelines.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and forward them to the sales team.
  • Prepare and submit call reports to supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
