Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive – Sales Focus

Location: R S Puram, Coimbatore.

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven Telecallers to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into sales. Strong sales knowledge and communication skills are essential. Freshers, experienced professionals, freelancers, and part-time job seekers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Clearly explain products/services and handle objections confidently.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer database and follow up on leads consistently.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly call and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline can apply.
  • Experience:
  • Freshers welcome (training provided).
  • Experienced telecallers/sales professionals preferred.
  • Freelancers/part-timers with sales background also considered.
  • Sales Knowledge:
  • Understanding of sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling, lead nurturing).
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Tamil/English or regional language).
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM / MS Office).
  • Confidence and self-motivation to work independently.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available (full-time/part-time).
  • Freelance remote opportunities also available.
