Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and responsible Night Shift Receptionist to manage front desk operations during night hours at Sri Kamadhenu Residency. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests arriving during night hours.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations through the hotel management system.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, or emergencies professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and night audit reports.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online queries; handle room bookings from multiple channels.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requirements.
• Monitor the security of the premises (CCTV, access control, etc.) and report any incidents.
• Manage cash/credit card transactions at the front desk and maintain proper accounts.
• Ensure the reception and lobby areas remain clean and presentable.
• Prepare and submit end-of-shift/night audit reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum +2/Graduate (Diploma in Hotel Management preferred).
• Prior experience as a front desk receptionist or in hotel operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in hotel software (like IDS, Opera, or equivalent) and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages a plus).
• Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Schedule

• Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:00 AM (adjustable as per hotel requirements).
• Weekly Off: [Specify day based on hotel policy].
